Hand Therapy

Treatment will vary based on your individual symptoms. My job is to give you lasting skills to eliminate or help you manage your symptoms. Typical diagnoses that require treatment include rehabilitation from surgery, including tendon repairs, fractures, sprains, or dislocations of the hand, wrist, or elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, trigger finger, and stroke rehabilitation. Common treatments that may appear in your plan of care include manual techniques to relieve muscle tension or pain, edema control, wound care monitoring, scar massage and management, and strengthening and mobility exercises.

Pelvic Floor Therapy

Millions of Americans suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction, but for most individuals it is left unidentified and untreated. Pelvic floor therapy can help you resolve your symptoms and help you get back to doing what you love every day without limitations. Common pelvic floor dysfunction includes pregnancy related dysfunction, urinary incontinence and frequency, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, post prostatectomy, constipation, endometriosis, PCOS, interstitial cystitis, pudendal neuralgia, and much more. Pelvic floor therapy can also help with recovery from sexual trauma.

Breastfeeding Support

Every parent's breastfeeding journey is different, and often comes with stressors related to feeding your child. Professional support with lactation will help you meet your goal of breastfeeding with your child. Common breastfeeding issues include nipple pain, latch issues, tongue tie and lip tie, oversupply, plugged ducts, mastitis, and nursing after breast reduction or augmentation.

Infant Bodywork

Infant bodywork is beneficial for all babies, but especially for babies with feeding issues or oral/tongue tension. Relieving tension for an infant through gentle bodywork can help improve breathing patterns and feeding performance. Infant bodywork can also help lengthen and strengthen muscle structures around the jaw and neck, which not only helps with feeding, but can also aid with sleep, digestion, and circulation. I offer this service primarily for infants in relation to breastfeeding.
